Share frames
Half-frame shots deserve better than a bare crop in a feed. The share room dresses a frame for social in one of six print-styled looks, rendered at full print resolution (2160 × 2700).
The styles
| Style | Look | | | --- | --- | --- | | Classic | Gallery print: warm white mat, caption under the photo | Free | | Strip | A frame of film: sprocket holes, edge markings, orange counter | Free | | Diptych | Both halves of one scan, reunited side by side | Pro | | Instant | Instant-film card with a thick bottom margin | Pro | | Darkroom | Warm black, safelight-orange captions, sprocket footer | Pro | | Minimal | Thin white border, nothing else | Pro |
The diptych
Winder remembers which scan every frame came from. If the other half of the same scan is still in your library, the diptych style puts the two back together — the way they sat on the negative. That pairing is automatic; the style simply appears when a sibling exists.
Captions
Toggle Show shot details to print the metadata you wrote — camera, film, place and date — in the frame's caption area. Styles without caption areas ignore it gracefully.
Exporting
Export & share renders a PNG and hands it to the system share sheet — Instagram, WeChat, Files, AirDrop, anywhere. Nothing is uploaded by Winder itself; see the privacy policy.
