Metadata & camera profiles

A scanner can't know when, where, or through what glass a frame was shot. Winder makes writing that story fast — once per roll, not once per photo.

Roll metadata at import

The last step of every import stamps the whole batch:

• Date — when the roll was shot (not scanned).
• Place — picked on a map; tap to drop a pin, name it if you like.
• Camera — pick from presets or type your own.
• Lens — auto-filled from the camera profile, editable.
• Film stock — e.g. Kodak Gold 200.

Every frame in the batch gets the same stamp. Individual frames can be edited afterwards from the photo view.

Camera profiles

Choosing a camera fills in its lens automatically:

Per-frame editing

Open any frame and tap the caption card:

• date, place, camera, lens, film
• notes — push processing, the story behind the shot
• favorite — the heart, also available right on the viewer

Location

Locations are picked and browsed on a real map. Every frame with a place appears on the Map tab, clustered by spot — your library becomes a travel journal. Coordinates are stored as plain lat/lng in the sidecar.
